摘要
目的 :探讨髓母细胞瘤细胞的分化潜能。方法 :对 40例髓母细胞瘤行光镜观察 ,并采用免疫血清GFAP(胶质纤维酸性蛋白 )、NF(神经纤维细胞蛋白 )、NSE(神经元特异性烯醇化酶 )、S 10 0蛋白 ,分别对其进行免疫组化染色。结果 :按WHO分类标准 ,光镜下将髓母细胞瘤分为两类 :①经典型 (2 4例 ) ;②促纤维增生型 (16例 )。免疫组化染色结果阳性率分别为 :GFAP5 5 % (2 2例 )、NF 70 % (2 8例 )、NSE 5 7% (2 3例 )、S 10 0蛋白 40 % (16例 )。结论
Purpose To investigate cellular differentiation of medulloblastoma. Methods Forty cases of medulloblastoma were studied by light microscopy and immunohistochemical technique in which four antibodies (GFAP, NF, NSE and S 100 nratein) were employed. Results Medulloblastoma were categorized as two histological types according to the criteria made by WHO:classical and desmoplastic variant of medulloblastoma. The positive rates of GFAP? NF? NSE? S 100 protein were 55%, 70%, 57% and 40% respectively. Conclusion Cells of medulloblastoma have a capacity to differentiate into neurous and glial cells.
