摘要
目的和方法将39只离体豚鼠心脏完全浸入模拟心脏周围组织的3种电导率各不相同的液态媒质中,采集离体心脏左右室壁外侧不同距离测试点的心电图,比较不同液态媒质中相同测试点的R(r)波振幅,以查明心电在模拟心脏周围组织的液态媒质中传播时的衰减与媒质电导率的关系。结果在电导率高的生理盐水中,心电电势的衰减比在电导率低的5%葡萄糖和蒸馏水中的衰减显著(P<0.01)。结论心电电势的衰减与媒质的电导率相关,电导率高的生理盐水对心电电势的衰减幅度大。把心脏周围组织等效为电导率与生理盐水相仿的稀盐溶液,这个观点值得商榷。
Objective To examinethecardiacelectricalattenuationduringpropagationinsolutionswithdifferentconductance simulatingthesurroundingtissuesof theheart.Methods ECGswererecordedat eachof the5pointsat differentdistances fromtherightandleft ventricleof guineapigsin vitro immersedin3liquidmediawithdifferentelectricalconductivities.ComparisonbetweentheECG R(r)waveamplitudesrecordedatthesametestpointindifferentsolutionswasperformed.Result The R(r)waveamplitudeat thesametest pointwas significantlysmallerin normalsalinthanin eitherglucose solutionor distilledwater(P<0.01).Conclusion Thehighertheconductivityof theliquidmediais,thegreaterattenuationof cardiacelectricalpotentialoccurs,indicatingthatit is not appropriateto considerthesurroundingtissuesof theheartand normal saline on equal terms.
