压力环境对人牙周膜成纤维细胞碱性磷酸酶活性的影响

Effects of hydraulic pressure on alkaline phosphatase activity in human periodontal ligament fibroblasts in vitro

目的探讨不同压力环境对人牙周膜成纤维细胞碱性磷酸酶活性的影响。方法采用酶动力学方法,比较不同压强的压力在不同的作用时间下对人牙周膜成纤维细胞碱性磷酸酶活性的影响。结果压力增加导致牙周膜成纤维细胞碱性磷酸酶活性降低。结论颌力过大将造成牙周膜成纤维细胞碱性磷酸酶活性降低,可能影响牙周组织健康。

Objective To studytheeffectsof differentlevelsof hydraulicpressureon alkalinephosphatase(ALP)activityin humanperiodontalligamentfibroblast(HPLF)in vitro.Methods Theculturedcellsweretreatedby differentmagnitudesof hydraulicpressure.TheALPactivityof humanHPLFwas determinedby a modifiedenzymedynamicalmethod.Results TherewassignificantdecreaseintheALPactivityof HPLFexposedto hydraulicpressure,andthedecreasewas dependenton themagnitudeof thehydraulicpressure.Conclusion HighocclusalforcescoulddecreasetheALPactivityof HPLFthatmay causeperiodontalligamentdamage.
