马钱子中士的宁与马钱子碱的含量测定

Determination of Strychnine and brucine in maqianzi san

目的:建立马钱子中士的宁和马钱子碱的硅胶柱准离子色谱分析法。方法:色谱柱20RBA×SIL,4.6mm×150mm,柱经10um,柱温为室温;流动相为甲醇0.1mol/L,醋酸铵O.1mol/L,醋酸(80:5:15);流速1ml.min^(-1);检测波长254nm。结果:士的宁线性范围0.03672ug～0.0612ug,回收率_1=99.19%,RSD_1=1.58%;马钱子碱线性范围0.9450ug～0.1575ug,回收率_2=98.6%,RSD_2=1.81%。结论:该分析方法是一种灵敏、准确和简便的分析法。

To develep a new HPLC method for assying strychnine and brucine in traditional chinese drug maqianzi san;with Bonhapack 20 RBAXSIL,Column (4.6nm×150nm);MeoH- NH_2AC-HAC(80:5:15)as mobile phase;we set a detector at 254nm;Linear range of strych- nine and brucine was 0.03612ug～0.0612ug and 0.9450ug～0.1575ug respctively.The recovery of strychnine and brucine was 99.19% (RSD=1.58%)and 98.6% (RSD=1.81%)respectively, This method provides a simple and feasible way to control the quality of maqianzi san
