俄罗斯产天然牛黄与国产天然牛黄的薄层分析

The TLC Assay of The Russian Natural Bezoar and Chinese Natural Bezoar

目的研究俄罗斯产天然牛黄的薄层层析情况。方法利用薄层层析展开实验样品,比照对照品,验视其斑点情况。结果俄罗斯产天然牛黄和国产天然牛黄质量无明显区别,分析中出现了两个特征荧光斑点。结论俄产牛黄、国产牛黄均为合格品,针对两个特征荧光斑点,结合胆红素,胆汁酸的薄层色谱作综合判别,可有效地鉴别天然牛黄。

Purpose The aim is to study the TLC of the Russian natural bezoar and Chinese natural bezoar.Methods TLC method was used for the experimental samples,to detect the fluori- metric dot with the comparision of the control sample.Results There is no obvious difference on quality between the Russian natural bezoar and Chinese natural bezoar,but two characteristic flu- orimetric dots can be detected.Conclusion Both Russian natural bezoar and Chinese natural bezoar are qualified products.The natural bezoar can be identified through the two characteristic fluori- metric dots combining with the TLC assay of bilirubin and cholic acid.
