摘要
PAN中空纤维膜是一种具有高附加价值和广泛用途的功能纤维。本文以PAN—DMSO—添加剂溶液纺制成PAN中空纤维膜,并探讨了纺丝方法和纺丝工艺;用扫描电镜观察了PAN中空纤维膜的形态结构,并解释了成膜机理;从三个方面探索了PAN中空纤维膜的应用,取得了满意的结果。
Poly acrylonitrile (PAN) hollow fiber membrane is a kind of high additional-valued functional fiber which has been applied in many fields. In this paper, spinning method and technology of PAN hollow fiber membrane which is prepared by PAN-DMSO-additives concentrated solution are discus-sed, and mechanism of membrane formation is explained after examination of morphological structure by SEM, there are also satisfactory results for developing the application of PAN hollow fiber memr brane in three aspects.
