摘要
单糖经 α-萘胺衍生化以后 ,用硼砂做电泳介质 ,实现高效毛细管电泳分离 ,得到标准的α-萘胺衍生单糖的毛细管区带电泳谱图。将玉米和茶花多糖水解成单糖 ,用相同的方法实施电泳 ,得到多糖的毛细管区带电泳谱图。与标准谱图对照分析 。
