摘要
本文通过对氯乙烯装置中的汽化器液位控制系统的分析 ,阐明了汽化器内 EDC液体密度变化对汽化率的影响 ,并从理论上对这一问题进行了分析 ,说明所运用的补偿公式以及是如何通过 DCS来完成的。
In this paper,the affect of the vaporization ratio influenced by the EDC liquid density in transfer line exchanges is expounded by analyzing the level control system of transfer line exchange in VCM plant In the meantime,it is described from the theory for the compensation formulas as well as how to realize through DCS system
