摘要
创新是对生产要素的重新组合，具有不确定性和无边界性等多个特性，难免会与企业的经营产生各种矛盾。而企业的组织系统正是服务和服从于创新，协调和解决这种矛盾的。
Innovation is the combination of production factors, it is full of uncertainty and has no boundary, therefore it may he in contradiction with enterprise's operation. Enterprise's organization system just serves this way, conciliating and solving this contradiction.
