摘要
报道了Pb_(0.4)Ba_(0.6)Nb_2O_6晶体的Czochralski生长条件,晶体结构分析,及晶体的二波混合及四波混合响应特性.当双束夹角2■在22°~52°范围之间变化时,二波混合系数??在6~9cm^(-1)之间:四波混合反射率η=10%.
In this paper, the conditions of crystal growth and structure analysis is reported for Pb_(0.4)Ba_(0.6)Nb_2O_6. Two-wave coupling and four-wave mixing response char-acter istic, for the first time, is reported. As two-beam crossing angle 20 changed in the r ange from 22℃ to 52℃, two-wave coupling coefficient can change in the range from 6 to 9. Four-wave mixing reflectivity is equal to 10%.
