摘要
报道了血清甲状腺激素(T_3、T_4)水平与体内抗体IgM生成量之间关系.实验用外源性甲状腺激素或抗甲状腺药物甲基硫氧嘧啶来改变动物体内的激素水平.结果,两者对抗体生成量的影响都表现为明显的双相变化.
The relationship between the levels of thyroid hormones (T_3, T_4) in sera and the production of IgM antibody in vivo was investigated.The results indicated that: 1) with the gradual rise of sera thyroid hormones level which is above normal, the antibody production increased first and decreased later; 2) with the gradual descent of sera thyroid hormones level which is under the normal, the antibody production decreased first and increased later.
The possible mechanism of the above-mentioned phenomena was discussed.
