黑龙江涤纶厂为了解决计量泵卡损问题,对国产VD405和VC406纺丝机的高压闷头结合件进行改造的同时,成功地设计了一套熔体粗过滤器。这种熔体粗过滤器不仅有过滤杂质的功能,而且可增加熔体的湍流,起到充分混合作用,对提高纤维质量有利。熔体粗过滤器的设计内容包括:过滤网孔径d的确定;孔排布形式;开孔率的确定;粗过滤器与端盖围成空腔的设计;熔体过滤器阻力降和过滤网强度校核。

In Heilongjiang Polyester Fiber Factory, a set of melt pre-filter has been designed coincidently with the reform of high pressure plug fittings in domestic VD 405 and VC 406 spinning machines in order to relieve the clogging of metering pumps, this pre-filter has not only the functions of removing the impurities but also increasing the turbulent flow of the melt, helps the complete mixing so as to improving the fiber quality, the design of the pre-filter includes the diameter, amount and distribution of holes on filter screen, the space between filter and top cap, the pressure drop and strenth of filter screen etc.
