柔性加工系统在熔纺生产中的应用前景

DEVELOPMENTS OF FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS IN THE MELT-SPINNING PROCESS

试图结合化纤工业发展的水平,参照机械业的经验,阐述化纤加工的FMS概念、应用范围和建立FMS的条件。提出组成柔性纺丝生产系统的几种可能方案,讨论实现熔融纺丝FMS的关键技术问题。例如产品分组技术,纺丝过程模型、计算机系统、在线传感器、切换机构和机器人等。这些技术问题的解决,将为FMS在熔纺生产中的应用开辟广阔的市场。

The conception of FMS has been extended at present to the field of man-made fibre Industry. In this paper, how to understand the FMS concept, haw to determine the appli- cation range and the conditions to set up FMS in the mart-made fibre prceessing have been proposed. Several plans for melt spinning FMS have been also proposed. Further more, some key technique problems have beer discussed such as product group technology, model for spinning process and soft-ware for processing, computer system, transducer on line, exch- ange unit and robot etc.
