板带箔轧制的厚度自动控制系统

摘要 我院开发研制的板带箔厚度自动控制(ACC)系统已与40多台轧机配套,广泛用于铝、铜及钢铁板带箔生产。大量生产实践表明,系统工作稳定,厚度控制精度高,产品精度达到了国外同类轧机的水平,居国内领先地位。本文概括地介绍了该系统的各种控制环节与控制方法以及未来的开发研究方向。 The Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) systems for sheet,strip and foil rolling mills developed by our institute have been installed on more than 40 rolling mills and extensively used for producing sheet,strip and foil of aluminum,copper and steel.A great number of production practices have demonstrated that the systems feature stable functioning,high gauge control accuracy,tight product tolerances comparable with the similar rolling mills abroad.The technical level of the systems is at the leading position in China. The paper briefly introduces the various control links and control methods as well as the prospective development orientation of the systems.
