Several problems on the law of enterprise bankruptly in China

我国现行的企业破产法律制度中 ,有许多规定已不适应当今市场经济发展的需要 ,亟待完善。本文就我国企业破产法中几个不合理、不完善之处作简要分析 ,并提出相应建议。

Many rules and regulations in the law of Enterprise Bankruptly are no longer fit for the development of market economy in China and thus leave much room for an urgent improvement.In this essay the author not only gives a brief analysis on these problems but also puts forward some relevant suggestions.
