耻骨联合过长与分娩的关系

The Relationgship Between Pubis and Labor

目的 :探讨耻骨联合过长对分娩的影响。方法 :对 1997年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 1月在我院分娩的 73例骨盆外测量正常、耻骨联合长度 >6 cm的产妇进行分析 ,并与同期骨盆外测量正常、耻骨联合长度≤ 6 cm的产妇 80例进行对照。结果 :耻骨联合过长组产程异常、胎方位异常及难产的发生率明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。且常常伴有骨盆出口前后径不同程度的狭窄。结论 :耻骨联合过长与分娩有密切的关系。

Objectives:To investigate pubic union lengths inffluence on labor.Method:73 pregnant woman with normal pelvis outer measurement and pubic union overlength in our hospital from Jan.1997 to Jan.2000 were analyzed.Result:In pubic union overlength group,the following indices were significantly higher than those of normal group( P <0.01):abnormal labor stage,abnormal fetal head position and abnormal labor.Conclussion:pubic union overlength have close relations with labor.In obstetrical practice we should pay attention to measure ment of length of pubic union.
