摘要 热疗的生物学机制中最主要的因素包括肿瘤的 p H值、肿瘤的血流、肿瘤细胞的热耐受、热疗剂量以及热疗的放射增敏和化疗增敏作用。热疗造成的组织损伤主要取决于两大要素 :温度和热疗持续时间。热疗剂量 (被定义为 EQ43℃ )是影响疗效的最重要因素之一。热疗通过直接杀细胞作用和放射增敏性促进了放疗效果。采取 40 .5℃~
