复方三黄汤配合甲硝唑灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical observation of compound Sanhuang decoction combined with enema in treating ulcerative colitis

目的 观察复方三黄汤配合甲硝唑灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法 将 83例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 5 5例采用口服自拟复方三黄汤加甲硝唑灌肠治疗 ;对照组 2 8例采用口服水杨酸偶氮磺胺治疗。 2组均 10日为 1个疗程 ,6个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为 96 .4 % ,对照组为 6 7.9% ,2组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 复方三黄汤配合甲硝唑灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of compound Sanhuang decoction combined with enema on ulcerative colitis.Methods Eighty-three patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in treatment group were treated by oral compound Sanhuang decoction combined with metronidazole enema;28 cases in control group were treated by salicylazosulfapyridine.Results The total effective rate (96.4%) in treatment group was significantly higher than that (67.9%) in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Compound Sanhuang decoction combined with enema can effectively treat ulcerative colitis .
