防风通圣散治疗胆碱能性荨麻疹60例疗效观察

Clinical observation of Fangfengtongsheng powder in treating sixty patients with cholinergic urticaria

目的 观察防风通圣散治疗胆碱能性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 治疗组 6 0例服用防风通圣散 ,水煎 ,每日 1剂 ,分早晚 2次服 ;对照组口服特非那丁 6 0mg ,每日 2次 ,甲氰咪胍、脑益嗪各 2 5mg ,均每日 3次。 2组均 10日为 1个疗程 ,3个疗程评定疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为 91.6 7% ,对照组为 74 .0 0 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fangfengtongsheng powder on cholinergic urticaria.Methods In treatment group(n=60) Fangfengtongsheng powder was decocted in water for oral administration,one dose daily,taken twice per day(morning and evening);in control group(n=50) teldane 60mg was orally taken twice a day,cimitidine 25mg and cinnarizine 25mg were orally taken three times per day,with a treatment course of 10 days for both groups.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after three courses.Results The total effective rate was 91.76% in treatment group and 74.0% in control group, there was significant difference between two groups( P< 0. 05) . Conclusion Fangfengtongsheng powder is effective in treating cholinergic urticaria.
