益气维血颗粒治疗缺铁性贫血20例临床观察

Clininal observation of Yiqiweixue granules in treating 20 cases of hypoferric anemia

目的 观察益气维血颗粒治疗缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法 对 2 0例缺铁性贫血患者采用单盲自身对照方法 ,予益气维血颗粒 1包 (10g)口服 ,3次 /d ,连服 30日为 1个疗程。所有患者在正式治疗前、治疗第 1周末及疗程结束时 ,分别测定血清铁蛋白 (SF)、血清铁、总铁结合力和运铁血蛋白饱和度以及中医症状疗效评分各 1次 ,比较治疗前后贫血纠正情况和症状改善程度。结果 与治疗前相比 ,治疗后血红蛋白 (Hb)、红细胞计数 (RBC)、血清铁蛋白 (SF)均升高(P <0 .0 1) ,运铁白蛋白饱和度也升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,总铁结合力下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,中医症状评分显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,临床总有效率为 90 %。结论 益气维血颗粒治疗缺铁性贫血效果较好 ,且价格便宜 。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqiweixue granules on hypoferric anemia. Methods Twenty patients with hypoferric anemia were investigated by single blind auto-control method,Yiqiweixue granules were orally taken at dose of one bag(10 g) three times per day,with a therapeutic course of 30 days. Serum ferritin(SF), serum iron,total iron binding capacity and degree of iron-transfering albumin saturation were detected before treatment,at the end of first week of treatment and at the end of therapeutic course respectively for all patients.Results The Hb,RBC and SF significantly increased by 22.1% (P<0.01), 31.9% (P<0.01), 52.1%(P<0.01) respectively after treatment, as compared with those before treatment.TCM symptom scores decreased significantly from 7.16±2.52 before treatment to 1.42±0.71 after treatment(P<0.01),and the total effective rate came to 90 % . Conclusion Yiqiweixue granules are effective in treating hypoferric anemia, without side effects.
