摘要
从观察球墨铸铁曲轴生产中普遍存在的“磁痕”缺陷的宏观形貌和分析其基本成分入手,揭示了“磁痕”的基本性质,找出了“磁痕”产生的各种路径,并采用过滤网法有效地防止了“磁痕”的发生。
As beginning, morphology of the defects of nodular iron crankshafts detected by magnetic testing was observed and its chemical composition was analyzed, and then the basic properties of the defects was revealed, the reasons causing defects were found out. As a result of using foam ceramic filter the dross inclusion defects were effectively prevented.
