Recognizing Some Issues of Automobile Castings Production

汽车铸件是典型的专业化、大批量生产的产品，随着汽车技术的发展与用户对汽车质量、安全、性能、价格等方面的要求日益苛刻，需要重新认识铸件生产中的一些问题。本文对汽车关键铸件的生产提出了一些探讨性的观点。同时提出汽车铸件供应商的生产模式应尽快适应零部件技术升级和生产结构调整的要求，找准自己的市场定位。

Automobile castings are typical products produced in mass scale and specialized manner. With the development of automobile manufacture technology and increasingly harsh requirements it is necessary to reconsider some issues of castings production. Some viewpoints on the production of the important automobile castings were proposed for discussion. It was suggested that the casings suppliers should adapt their production mode as soon as possible to the advancing of components manufacture techniques and the adjustments of production structure in order to correctly fix their position in the market.
