摘要
本文介绍了凝固过程数值模拟中潜热处理的几种方法 ,简单比较了它们的优缺点。提出了把等价比热容法应用到纯金属、共晶合金以及窄凝固区间合金的潜热处理上的观点 ,并完善了其温度校正方法。
How to deal with latent heat is investigated Equivalent specific heat method is regarded as an efficient method among the general latent heat treatments method such as temperature compensation method and enthalpy method.A new viewpoint, to apply the equivalent specific heat method on pure metal, eutectic alloys and alloys with narrow solidification range, is put forward with considerations of all possible aspects for emending the temperature down through the solidification range.
