摘要
用 5Cr Mn Mo钢代替 3Cr2 W8V钢制作 10 1.6× 3.5mm焊管挤压辊。使用证明 :5Cr Mn Mo钢制作经渗硼复合热处理的挤压辊使用寿命超过了 3Cr2 W8V挤压辊的寿命 。
The 3Cr2W8V steel is replaced by 5CrMnMo steel for the making of101.6X3.5mm welded pipe pressing roller. The 5CrMnMo steel is boron penetration compound heat treated for making the pressing roller, its service life is more than 3Cr2W8V pressing roller, this reaches the purpose of using low alloy steel to tack place of the high alloy steel for making the pressing roller.
