摘要
通过采用粒度为 13 5 μm的WC粉和高纯Co粉 ,经圆棒研磨体研磨 ,然后用特定的排胶、烧结工艺 ,研制出一种新型的YJ2 1,YJ1 1矿用硬质合金。该合金现场使用效果良好 ,与YJ1、YJ2相比其耐磨性和综合性能明显提高。
Two new types of YJ2.1 and YJ1.1 cemented carbides for mining were developed from WC powder at 13.5 μm particle size and high-purity Co powder ground by rod mill with special technology of disintegration and sintering.The product good performance is proven by site demonstration,its wearability and properties are evidently better than YJ1,YJ2.
