摘要
WC- 2 0 % (Fe/ Co/ Ni)钢结硬质合金表面分别经 Ar- H2 等离子体刻蚀脱碳、Ar- H2 - CH4等离子体渗碳处理后 ,表面的 WC颗粒先在原位脱碳为细小的纯 W,渗碳后生成更细小的 WC晶粒。由于表面的酸蚀层较深 ,脱碳和渗碳后次表层中存在明显的残留疏松层。经酸蚀后的钢结硬质合金脱碳。
After carbon was removed from the surface layer of the substrate using Ar-H 2 plasma,a layer of pure W was formed.W reacted with carbon to form WC when carbon was introduced again by Ar-H 2-CH 4 plasma.The grains of the W and the WC were very smaller than that of original substrates.In the research it was found that the porous layer was always retained,for the time of chemical cobalt-removing was too long.The results also showed that the cross-sectional microstructures were typically divided into three layers after de-carbonizing and carbonizing respectively.
