摘要
采用滚动制粒成型新工艺 ,通过氢气烧结制备出了尺寸为 +6 0～ - 40目的球粒硬质合金。研究了不同成型剂及其浓度、加量和加入方式对滚动制粒性能、球粒质量的影响等。研究结果表明 ,采用滚动制粒成型工艺可获得高质量的球粒合金坯体 。
The cemented carbide globule with the size of +60～-40 mesh fabricated by means of a new rotation shaping processing and hydrogen sintering was introduced.The effects of different kinds of shaping agents and their concentration,content and jioning method on quality of the rotation shaping and the cemented carbide globule were also studied.The results show that the rotation shaping processing can improve the globule green quality,and the cemented carbide globule has perfect mechanic performance and better structure.
