摘要
铝锂合金是密度较小、强度较高 ,且具有可焊接特性的新型先进铝合金宇航结构材料。通过超声检测 ,发现了铝锂锻件与铝合金超声特性的差异。试样解剖证实了该系合金锻件内存在不同形式的夹杂物 ,主要呈线状或条状分布。
Aluminium lithium alloy is lower in density and higher in strength. It is a new kind of weldable structural material for space navigation. Forgings were tested and the difference in ultrasonic property between the advanced alloy and conventional aluminium alloy was found. The dissection of the samples proved that the defects in the aluminium lithium alloy were linear or strip inclusions.
