聚丙烯腈与纤维素在LiCl-DMAc溶剂体系中的相容性 被引量:1

摘要 将聚丙烯腈与纤维素溶于LiCl-DMAc溶剂中,并制成薄膜。通过研究发现:当共混溶液总聚合物浓度C总较低时,两种聚合物可以任何比例共混,形成稳定透明的溶液。C总增大,以其中任—聚合物为主要组分的共混溶液仍然稳定且透明。从共混溶液可制得透明的共混薄膜。用X射线衍射、示差扫描量热、红外光谱研究共混薄膜后发现:共混薄膜中没有形成混晶,但各组分的结晶度大为降低。共混薄膜的玻璃化温度处于聚丙烯腈与纤维素的玻璃化温度之间,并随共混薄膜中纤维素组分的增加而向较高温方向移动。共混薄膜中各组分的红外光谱特征峰没有发生明显的变化,表明共混体系在晶区没有相容性,在无定形区有一定程度的分子水平的相容性。共混体系中纤维素分子与聚丙烯腈分子之间的特殊相互作用强度类似于聚丙烯腈分子之间偶极作用的强度。 PAN-cellulose blend solutions have been prepared by dissolving the blends in LiCI- DMAc solvent system with any proportions of the two compositions. The solutions are stable and transparent when the total concentration of the blend is somewhat lower. From the blend solution, the transparent film has been made. Studying the film by the means of X-ray diffraction, DSC and IR, it is found that the patterns of the two compositions remain their originals, but their crystallinities are greatly lower. The glass transition temperature of the film is between those of PAN and cellulose, and rises with the increa- sement of the quantity of cellulose. The fact that no significant change occurs to the two composition on TR absorption peaks show that there exists no compatibility in the crystal regions except the molecule level compatibility in the amorphous region of the blend system.
