A Review of Global Aluminium Plate and Strip Hot Roughing/Finishing Tandem Rolling Technology (I)

截止到２０００年底全世界共有铝板带热连轧生产线５０条，其中由二辊粗轧机与二、三机架精轧机组成的生产线３条，由四辊粗轧机与 １～６机架精轧机列组成的生产线４７条，它们的总生产能力约 １８ ３００ ｋｔ／ａ。德国诺伊斯铝轧制厂的 ＮＯ．２热轧生产线产能力最大，可超过 １０００ ｋｔ／ａ。近几年内工业发达国家不会新建热连轧机列，也不会再建（１＋５）式的或机架更多的生产线，生产能力的提高主要靠对旧生产线的现代化改造。多机架新连轧线的建设多集中诸如中国这样的发展中国家，中国首条（１＋４）式 Φ ８５０ ｍｍ／ １１ ３５０ ｍｍ ｘ ２ ０００ｍｍ粗轧机、Φ ５３５ ｍｍ ／１１ ３５０ ｍｍ ｘ ２０００ ｍｍ 精连轧机列可于 ２００２年秋季在河南明泰铝业有限公司投产。

The global aluminium plate and strip hot rough/finishing tandem rolling technology was reviewed. There are about 50 roughing/finishing tandem rolling lines in the world by 2000. The capacity of them is about l8 300kt/a. Most of them are in the industry developed countries, Only five lines in developing countries. The first 4 high hot roughing/4 stand tandem finishing mill will commission in 2002 in China. It is a mini tandem hot mill, and the capacity is only l50 kt/a.
