摘要
采用常规熔铸工艺制得了含碳0.09%~0.71%的Al-Ti-C晶粒细化剂,并对熔体化学反应进行了热力学剖析。对Al-Ti-C中间合金的微观组织及TiC的尺寸与分布进行了X射线衍射、扫描电镜和光镜金相分析。研究了该细化剂对99.7%的纯铝的细化效果:当以块状加入AlTi5 C0.2,加入后2min晶粒明显细化且保温2h细化效果无任何衰减,而以粉末形式加入时则细化效果很不明显。
The Al-Ti-C grain refiners contain 0.09%-0.71% C were prepared with the general melting cast, and the thermodynamics of melt chemical reaction were analyzed. With the X-ray technique, SEM and metallograph experiment, the microstructures of Al-Ti-C master alloys as well as the size and distribution of TiC phase were studied. Grain refining effects of Al-Ti-C upon 99.7% Al have been investigated: if putting in AlTi5CO.2 block, the refining effects were very good after they were put in two minutes and the effects didn't decrease untill 2h, while putting in AlTi5CO.2 pouder the refining effects not obvious.
