摘要
研究了商用硬铝经微弧氧化后的电绝缘性能。结果表明,在干燥大气中,陶瓷膜厚度增加,击穿电压升高,而平均击穿场强下降;陶瓷膜孔隙率增加,在干、湿大气条件下击穿电压的差值增加;微弧氧化中加入适量添加剂可使击穿电压显著提高。
The electric insulation Of micro-arc oxidation ceramic on a real hard-aluminium is studied. The results show that the electric insulation rises and mean strength of wound electric field declines with increase of ceramic coating thickness; difference value of wound electric pressure rises under dry and moist atmosphere with increase of Pore ratio of ceramic coating; some moderatable additive makes wound electric pressure rise remarkably.
