影响铝型材低温封孔质量的主要因素

摘要 铝型材阳极氧化后的封孔工艺是铝型材表面处理的关键之一。低温化学封孔具有节能、操作简单、封孔质量好等优点,目前被国内外广泛采用。本文对低温化学封孔的机理及影响封孔质量的各个因素做了较为详细的论述;介绍了封孔过程中粉霜产生的原因及其避免方法;指出了在封孔过程中必须对 F^-浓度进行单独控制和补加;根据实际经验给出了封孔过程各工艺参数最佳控制范围;用实例说明了阳极氧化条件对封孔质量的影响,确定了封孔前后的水洗条件;提出了封孔后最好先进行常温下的水洗然后再进行热水洗这一新的工艺方法。 The pore blocking procedure of anodized aluminum profiles is one of the key surface treatments of aluminum profiles.Low- temperature chemical pore blocking procedure has the advantages of energy conservation,simple operation and high pore blocking quality,and is adopted extensively at home and abroad.The paper expounds in detail the mechanism of low-temperature chemical pore blocking and the main factors influencing the pore blocking quality;presents the reasons of producing'powder frost'defects as well as the preventing methods;points out the necessity of independently controlling and adding the F ions;provides the optimum controlling ranges of various parameters during the pore blocking process based on the practical operation experiences;expounds the influences of anodizing conditions on pore blocking quality by means of production examples;determines the water washing conditions before and after pore blocking;puts forward a new process of preferably first washing the pore blocked profiles with water in room temperature, followed by hot water washing.
