摘要
作者在铝带纵剪机组模拟控制系统调试中,采用浮动弱磁系统实现了开卷机恒张力控制。本文详细介绍该系统的工作原理、系统组成以及为提高其工作精度所采取的措施。
The Floating Magneto Field Weakening System has been used by the author to realize the constant payoff tension control during the tuning process of an analogue control system of an aluminum strip slitting line.The paper presents in detail the functioning principle of the above system,system configuration and the measures taken to enhancing the control accuracy.
