摘要
以福建洪田银矿为研究对象 ,针对该矿矿石性质 ,进行了较系统的实验室小型可选性研究 ,采用了先混合浮选含银硫化矿物 ,然后 ,再细磨浸出的浮选 -浸出联合流程。试验研究获得 :浮选精矿银品位 10 5 0 0g/t、银的回收率达到 6 9.0 2 %。浮选精矿再磨 -浸出后银的浸出率达 90 %的指标。该工艺具有流程简单、易于操作、生产成本及能耗低等优点 ,为现场生产提供了可靠的依据。
The flotation and leaching behavior of hongtian ore in Fujian Province have been investigated in this paper. The bulk concentrate containing silver sulfide minerals was ground finely. And the silver was extracted by leaching process. The content of silver in bulk concentrate is 10500 g/t, and the flotation recovery of silver is 69.02%, the leaching recovery is 90%. The results showed that the flotation-leaching process is comparatively reasonable and viable.
