摘要
介绍薄板坯连铸液芯压下技术原理,压下厚度的确定方法及不同压下技术的特点。认为液芯压下厚度必须小于铸坯产生内部裂纹的最大压下量,压下后的叠加应变应低于产生裂纹的临界应变。压下位置和压下量通过液芯计算、钢种与操作参数确定。
This paper discussed the theory of liqiud core reduction for thin slab casting, the method of calculation for reduction thickness and the differences among the reduction technologies. And the reduction thickness and accumulated strain should be smaller than the critical value producing internal crack. The reduction position and ratio is determined by the result of liqiud core calculation, steel grades and the operation parameters.
