摘要
连铸技术在我国的应用过程中还存在很多问题,对高效连铸关键技术如高效结晶器的设计、二冷区优化配水和电磁搅拌等还缺乏足够的认识,在连铸高效化的改造过程中造成一些质量问题。本文讨论方坯连铸高效化中这些关键技术的应用。
A significant development of high speed casting has been made in the steelmaking industry in China. Nevertheless, there are also a lot of problems in this process. Lack of fundamental knowledge in operations make the quality of the steel billets poor. In this paper, the basic rules and key techniques are discussed for operator references.
