摘要
本文阐述各种减轻铸坯中心偏析的办法,重点介绍几种在生产上已采用的措施及其效果。认为浇注过程中,钢水的低过热度浇注是有效地减轻中心偏析的必要条件。
This paper reviews the verious methods of reducing the central segregation of strand, and emphasizes several measures used in production and their effcts. We think that casting with low overheat is necessary to reduce effectively the central segregation.
