摘要
阐述了某难选铜硫矿石的特性 ,新的有良好选择性的铜矿物捕收剂AP系列以及各种流程的闭路试验结果 ,然后得出处理该矿石的最佳工艺流程为粗尾再磨。建议使用AP - 5 5 4 0 +丁黄药作收捕剂 ,石灰、S - 934 9、水玻璃作抑制剂 ,铜尾选硫时使用丁黄药作捕收剂 ,起泡剂为BK - 2 0
The paper discusses the characteristics of the refractory sulfur-bearing ore, the innovative and highly selective AP series copper capturing agent and the results of various closed circuit tests of various flowcharts. It is shown that the best process for treating such ore is regrinding of coarse tailings. It is suggested that the AP-5540 can be used together with butyl xanthate as capturing agent. Lime, S-9349 and water glass can be used as inhibitors. The butyl xanthate can be used as capturing agent when de-sulfuring the copper tailings and the BK-201 can be used as foaming agent.
