摘要
水玻璃砂中采用CO2 气体硬化和固体硬化剂 (氟硅酸钠 )相结合的硬化工艺 ,它具有起模快 ,生产率高 ,水玻璃加入量少 (4 % ) ,残留水份低 ,2 4h终强度高 ,高温残留强度低 ,溃散性好 ,成本低的优点。同时对此工艺的硬化模型和机理进行了分析。
The new process of sodium sillcate boad by CO 2-Na 2SiF 6 hardener is characteristic of reducing the sodium sillcate(4%)with low water content and relatively higher final strength (after 24hours), decreaseing retained strength with relatively higher collapsibility and low cost of sand. The micro-reactive model and mechanism of the new process has been studied.
