摘要
研究了燃料加热式热处理炉传热特性。针对原炉衬的散热损失大 ,快速升温性能差等状况 ,从降低设备能耗和提高设备热处理工艺适应性能力的目的出发 ,在炉衬内壁使用了以硅酸铝耐火纤维材料为主体的保温层措施。
The heat transfer characters of combusion heat treatment turnace were discussed in this paper. For the state that old crushing plates have more heat loss and the property of fast raise temperature is less, to decreaes furnace's energy loss and improve the availability of furnace's heat treatment process, a measurement, that is using silimanite fibre refractry to keep temperature inside crushing plate,was taken. In practice, it was showed that the silimanite fibre refractory could well absorb vibration in the composite crushing plate.
