摘要
针对工艺实例 ,应用湿型生产中“缩管法”原理 ,对QT件冒口作了设计和改进 ,讨论了QT缩孔、皮下气孔缺陷的形成机理 ,并提出了工艺实践中较为奏效的解决方案。
The forming mechanisms of cast defects in nodular cast iron,such as shrinkage, air hole,are discussed in this article,and some effective technique were put forward also to solve these problems.
