摘要
针对红外辐射涂料在工业炉不同基体表面上应用时出现的涂层易脱落问题 ,以过渡金属氧化物为红外辐射涂料的辐射基料、复合硅溶胶为涂料载体粘结剂主要成分 ,进行了高抗热震性红外辐射涂料的实验研究 ,并在热处理电炉上进行了工业性试验 ,取得了良好的试验效果。
Based on the problem - the coats fall off easily when infrared radiant coating is used on different surfaces of industrial furnace, the experimental study on infrared radiant coating with high thermal shack resisting performance were done with transition metal oxides as radiant basic material and complex silicon collosol as the main component of adhesive of coating carrier. The industrial experiment on heat treatment electric furnace with the infrared radiant coating was done with good effects gained.
