冷轧板退火炉余热回收研究与实践

Research and Practice of the Residual Heat Recuperation of Cold-rolled Sheet Annealing Furnace

通过对某镀锌板厂生产线的供用能设备进行全面的热平衡测试及分析 ,提出对退火炉烟气余热回收利用 ,以代替现有供热锅炉方案。本方案已实施并达到预期效果。

Based on the thermal equilibrium test and analysis on the whole energy supply and use installations of some galvanizing sheet production line, the author presents a plan of recuperating the fume residual heat of annnealing furnace instead of available heat supply boiler. The plan has been realized and the predict effectiveness obtained.
