摘要
介绍了超硬材料CBN加工淬硬轴承钢的磨削和车削形式 ,对比了这两种加工过程的特点 ,综述了CBN磨削和车削淬硬轴承钢时白层的形成、残余应力的大小和分布等差异 ,零件的工作寿命表明CBN刀具硬态车削淬硬轴承钢后零件的性能优于CBN磨料磨削 ,分析表明采用CBN刀具硬态切削淬硬轴承钢可以实现以车代磨。
Two machining methods, namely turning and grinding of hardened bearing steel with CBN tool, were introduced in the paper. Different features of turning and grinding process were compared, a genaral review of experiments showed the differences between the mechanism of white layer, the value and distribution of residual stress etc. Analysis results showed that hard turning hardened bearing steel with cubic boron nitride tool is an ideal method in place of grinding.
