摘要
用筛分法把冲击后的金刚石划分为未破碎、微破碎和完全破碎三种类型 ,不仅可以更好地监控金刚石的质量 ,而且还与金刚石颗粒在工具中的实际破坏形态相对应。通过改变冲击条件 ,利用冲击韧性测定仪模拟了人造金刚石颗粒在实际使用中的受力状况。
Diamond grits after impacting are classified into three types through screening process: unbroken, micro fracture and complete fracture, which are respectively corresponding to the grits of no significant wear, micro fracture and macro fracture in segmented diamond tool. Thus the correlation between the fracture of impacted grits and the wear grits in diamond tool is established. The applications of diamond can be evaluated through simulating the loading status of diamond grits in tools by changing impact parameters on Impact Toughness Instrument.
