摘要
从系统工程出发,建立了发动机的燃油消耗比及液压系统的数学模型,探讨了液压传动动力机械节能的基本机理,并以此机理分析了各工况下整机实现节能的匹配策略,同时,建立了以单片机为核心的机电一体化控制系统,在液压传动动力机械试验台实施了节能控制,初步验证了节能机理的正确性和可实现性。
To proceed from systematic engineering, the paper establishes the consumption rate of fuel oil of a engine and the mathematical model of a hydraulic system, approaches the basic mechanism of saving energy of a hydraulic driven motive power machine, and analyzes the matching tactics realizing the whole machine saving energy under the condition of various tasks. Meanwhile, the control system of mechano-electronic integration is established taking a single chip computer as a core, the energysaving control is put into effect on the test rig for the hydraulic drived motive power machine, and the correctness and reliability of the energysaving mechanism are verified initially in this paper.
