摘要
作了原机与隔热燃烧室柴油机的对比试验,并对放热规律进行了计算和分析。结果表明,燃烧室隔热引起柴油机热平衡的改变。在柴油机其他参数不变的情况下,燃油耗有所上升,并使燃烧持续期拖长。
Based on experiment to contrast a baseline diesel engine and the same type three engines whose combustion chambers are insulated by different projects,the heat release rate is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the insulation of combustion chamber causes a change of energy balance,a increase of BSFC (Brake Specific Fuel Consumption)while the other parameters of engine are constant,and a prolongation of combustion process ( at most 16° crankangle).
