摘要
对螺旋压力机速度及打击能量测不准因素作了分析。采用一些新的测连方法和测能手段,确定了被忽视部分打击能量的存在。并对下行程螺杆末速度的确定以及打击能量的计算方法作了探讨。结果表明,经修正后的打击能量计算公式更精确可靠。
Points out some factors of error in measurement by the general formula. By a new special device, analyzes and affirms that a part of energy is neglected by previous method and existed truly. Based on practical measurement, proposes a corrected formula to calculate the impact energy. The mains are. 1 ) the velocity used to the calculation should be considered as the terminal velocity of screw after reverse operation, but not the instant velocity of slider contacting with forging, 2) the potential energy releasedr fom forging deformationm ust be cotained in the impact energy.
