摘要
提出考虑无功对电力系统静态稳定和电压特性灵敏度的最优化无功配置和运行算法,其数学模型中包含了有功功率和电压相角的关系。提出一个最优无功配置的综合性能指标。用直接法而不是灵敏度法形成线性规划问题。约束条件包括发电机无功限值,负荷节点电压限值和控制变量(发电机端电压,变压器分接头和可投切的无功电源)限值。在试验系统上应用后表明,本算法具有速度快和收敛性好的优点。
Proposes a mathematic formulation for the optimal allocation/operation of reactive power which is based on analyzing the sensitivity of reactive power to steady-state stability and voltage performance and including the relation between active power and voltage phase angle.Presents a comprehensive performance index in which both static stability and voltage control are considered.The linear programming problem is formed by using direct method instead of the sensitivity one. The constrains incorporate, the reactive power limits of generators,the voltage limits on load nodes,the operating limits of the control variables (viz,generator terminal voltages, transformer tap positions and switchable reactive power sources ) .Application to a test system verified that the method has higher speed and better convergency.
